Inspector may need to return to the site multiple days, please prepare for continuous access.
If occurrence is after a disaster event
Patience as we determine available resources to ensure our inspector safety and access to critical resources such as food and shelter.
After a disaster event accommodations are unknown until the dust has settled, we may face delays due to lost phone service, lack of internet service, congestion on roadways, cancellations and closures of airports, hotels, rental vehicles, etc.
If you have multiple properties, work with our scheduling team to determine priority and availability.
