HOW IT WORKS

Book your consultation

  • We are eager to discuss your needs and provide the most efficient resolution.

Let’s discuss your needs

  • Whether you’re an insurance professional, property manager or private individual, we’re eager to grasp each element of your loss claim to best serve you.

Schedule an inspection date

  • We are committed to yielding the most thorough inspection possible, so our assessment may go beyond the visual field of damage. This ensures all scenarios are considered.

Please provide any additional information determined to be required prior to completing the estimate. Project completion may be delayed until these are provided.

  • Most inspections begin with creating a 3D Virtual Walkthrough, which requires the site to be clear of all occupants besides the inspector.

During this process, or once this is complete, the field inspector will collect further data by taking notes, photos and other means of documentation.

  • For most small projects you should expect your completed project file including the Xactimate™ ESX and Final draft pdf within 24-48 hours. For moderate to large projects, this timetable may increase, and the client will be informed accordingly.

  • Yes - two revisions are included with your project. Further revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $185.

  • Sure, contact us here or via our live chat feature at any time - we’re happy to help.

  • Ensure someone will be on-site for access, or that access information is provided 24hrs in advance. Ensure all on-site persons are aware of our inspection. If multiple parties require separate estimates, please have all needed information ready.

  • Depending on location and local circumstances, we may be able to respond in 48 hours or less.

  • Most insurance carriers prefer itemized estimates with up-to-date local pricing via Xactimate. We work in this program and provide the program file.n

  • Billing is due upon completion of the initial estimate. Two revisions are still included. Additional requests and revisions billed hourly will be due after each request.
